Please can you add functionality in the admin portal which could prevent users from creating groups. This will help to maintain control and governance of the system and ensure that it's purpose for implementing it into the organisation is fulfilled.

It is currently possible to link inserted shapes and pictures to bookmarks, but I find that I have to insert a shape around a text box in order to create a bookmark "button". It would save frustration and promote efficiency if I could just link the text box to a bookmark.
