I would like to be able to provide commentary on my dashboard when someone hovers over a metric. therefore it is only visible when the reader desires more information. this reduces clutter on the dashboard.

Power BI doesn't ask you if you "Are you sure you want to delete" a page, it just deletes it and there is no undo.
