To truly have users feel comfortable in replacing many Excel based experiences, Power View tables will need to be highly customizable. Provide parody in functionality of an Excel table or Pivot table. Options include: formatting, ranking, hierarchies, grouping, etc.

It would be nice to have an option to center numeric values in the table. It is hard to explain to my company's CEOs that such a simple thing cannot be done in Power BI.

Hi is there any update to this as column alignment (right, left, centre) would make formatting tables much better?

This thread seems to have slowed, any updates on increased table formatting capabilities (justification horizontally and vertically, conditional formatting for all data types, etc.)?

How hard could it be to program the option to center/left align numbers in a table? That is all I'm asking for!

Extremely important to add this feature. Tables should be able to be customiseable like in Excel which includes theme colour banded row/columns, etc. Also the ability to perform conditional formatting to columns/cells.
