Rotate Any Visual Element

I've made multiple reports where it would be nice to have the freedom to rotate any visual element. For example, rotating cards 90 degrees either direction would be very nice for putting details along the sides of the page and not using too much space. It could also be useful in many other charts. So instead of making this a hard thing for developers to try to include in each visual, why not add a rotation handle to all visuals that would allow all to be rotated as desired.

Precisely what I need for a project at the moment. Frustrating that we are left using Excel for this purpose.

Please do this soon! Tableau has always had a button for this!

I have some points in a map specified by (lat, lng), and would like to rotate it to have a nice rectangular figure instead of a rotated representation.
