    Current filter visualization need to support hierarchy and allow hierarchy navigation and filtering

    Yes - there is a custom visual "HierarchySlicer" - BUT often the custom visualizations is not tested to work under different settings (Power BI app on iPad, phone or even between different browser). This should be a standard. Filters is THE most important things when building reports that actually give insights for the common user. For the same reason there should be different NATIVE filteroptions.

    There is a custom visual available that may be answering your need: HierarchySlicer
