    Allow Cache folder location to be set

    There may be better performing disks than what the user folder is on.

    This is necessary due to the cache files filling up the c: drive which is not large to begin with.

    I Keep getting and out of space in my c drive because of that.
    Pls. allow us to choose the cache location.
