RE: Add AppAnnie as a data source

Hey, have you guys got this to work? I keep geting an "Access to the resource is forbidden." message when I try to connect. However, I can see in App Annie that my API calls are being used. Thanks!

RE: Add AppAnnie as a data source

Hi!
Thank you for the answer. Do you know if it's possible to add information about multiple apps in the same source table (query) in Power BI. Did you manage to do that or you had to add one query per app/platform?
Thanks,
Carolina

RE: Add AppAnnie as a data source

We have succesfully added the Appannie API as a source in PowerBI desktop, by simply writing a blank query using the web.contents method.

you can set a custom header with the bearer API key method.

Unfortunately, publishing this to the PowerBI service breaks the connection. This doesn't work yet. But you can refresh in PowerBI Desktop easily. PM me for details.
