Allow Power BI Service report/dashboard subscriptions for external users

Please allow Azure AD B2B guest users who have access to an App on Power BI Service to subscribe to email notifications.

In the documentation stands it is possible to set subscriptions for external users. But it is not possible. Could you please solve this bug.

Considerations and Limitations
By default, external Azure AD B2B limits guests to consumption of content only. External Azure AD B2B guests can view apps, dashboards, reports, export data and create email subscriptions for dashboards and reports. They can't access workspaces or publish their own content. However, these restrictions don't apply to guest users who gain access through the Allow external guest users to edit and manage content in the organization feature.

Great idea! This would make life a lot easier - streamlining the process and eliminating the need for back and forth communication asking about when changes took place.
