With the new Filter Panel; add an option to disable or enable the "delete filter". Since the “clear filter” icon is very close the “delete filter” icon, a lot of user accidentally click on the wrong icon and therefore lost (delete) the filter option. The user then have to “reset” the report to get the filter option back and lost all previous selection.

Voted. There is a confusion now with the filter pane as it is used by developpers and end users. I consider the user experience is still not the best with the filter pane. I would like to have a more flexible solution with the total control on the slicers. So I developped my own solution.

I agree. So excited about this new feature, however during recent prototype tests, our users inadvertently deleted the filter. caused confusion.
