I would love it if some/"all" of the toggles and dropdowns under the Format pane groups could be moved to the right of the item text, instead of below as it is now. I feel that the format pane is cluttered and each item takes to much space. I have to scroll alot up and down.

Please make the space more compact or add a global option similar to the new gmail look where you can choose the "Display Density between 'Default, 'Comfortable' and 'Compact' .
I strongly agree with "format pane [...] each item takes to much space" . The spaces between each item makes you having to scroll and in turn forget where you are on the pane.
