Add the possibility to export to CSV with support for regional settings (decimal separator, column separator, etc.)

When exporting Data from a Power BI Visual to CSV it should include the decimals from the raw data measure, not just the formatted version of the measure.

I would even add that it should be possible to configure the 'export to csv' or even the 'import from csv' parameter, pehaps in the options & settings. It should be possible define the preferred delimiter (semi-colon, pipe, comma, whatever) as well as specify if text fields should be wrapped in double quotes, single quotes, nothing etc. That way, all imports or exports of csv could be managed using those settings.

In Italy we need this feature to correctly use csv export from PowerBI!
