Hide line visibility on line and column charts

Similar to the 'No Line' option available in Excel, it would useful to hide the line on a line and column chart or set the line to be transparent leaving only the shape (e.g. dot) on display. The lines can cut across the columns in the chart which distract from the overall visualization of the data.

I would like to have 1 line in a chart which changes from color passing a certain quarter. Is that possible. I searched everywhere. In Excel you have a view for a colored line.

This can already be done. If you go to Format. Shapes then set the stroke width to 0. You pick your marker shape.
