There should be an option to change language of embedded PowerBI report.

Reason: A user wants to create 10 PowerBI reports . That user is providing support to multiple countries (15 in this case). So, user would have to create 150 separate reports for each country.

In case, user is adding a new feature in one report, he would have to update total 15 corresponding reports for each language.

If only there would have be an option (a parameter), while embedding PowerBI report, to change the language, it would be much better and easy for us to maintain multiple reports.

Multi laguage support is very important, language parameters should be supported. Of couse this rise question of tranlastions (for exaxmple to Nordic langauges). Use of translation memory, translation workflow, etc.

This feature would be extremely useful for us. Most clients in EU need multi-lingual support for systems, especially reports.

Any news on this item. Multi language for reports is A feature that we need to support implementations where each user can select a user defined language.
Now we are using the tabs in reports to offer multi language support. The downside is that the more languages we have to support the more tabs a report will have.

If we could conditionally rename fields like we can with chart titles, we could use a lookup statement, based on a parameter, to lookup field names from a lookup table.

This feature is very important for us as we have multiple reports in both languages.

In Canada, we absolutely have to have reports available in English and French. All of our other products and websites easily toggle between English and French, it's seems logical that Power BI would provide the same capability.

A dealbreaker as simple as that.

Most wanted. Power BI is a great tool for visualisations and is really easy to embed in production software. Localization is one of the most critical things missing.
