    currently, when selecting data labels in line chart, there is no option to show the latest value only. we need this. tableau does exactly this (https://onlinehelp.tableau.com/current/pro/desktop/en-us/annotations_marklabels_showhideworksheet.html)

    Seems like this would be easy and very helpful to at least provide options such as:

    First Data Point Only
    Last Data Point Only
    First and Last Data Point Only
    Every Other Data Point
    All Data Points
