RE: When Blank () function is used in DAX it should return nothing instead of word (blank)
This is an absolute must if it is a count, the number 0 should appear.
RE: When Blank () function is used in DAX it should return nothing instead of word (blank)
This is very necessary. Technically blank is not equal to 0, so that the work around so far to not see the blank work is not good enough. We just need the ability of change the word display here. And FYI - the other BI tools have this functionality...
RE: When Blank () function is used in DAX it should return nothing instead of word (blank)
Very frustrating to design measures around this concept to not show the word blank. I think a toggle option on the individual KPI would work just fine or just assuming we don't want the visual to show (Blank). No client wants to see that
RE: When Blank () function is used in DAX it should return nothing instead of word (blank)
Agree...should be the option to show 0 or nothing
RE: When Blank () function is used in DAX it should return nothing instead of word (blank)
Why is MS not commenting on this?
RE: When Blank () function is used in DAX it should return nothing instead of word (blank)
I think the visual should have a "hide when blank () " Option. Requires clear communication during development:
A message box should apper in the editor (1 visual is currently hidden because the value is blank and the "hide if blank" option is on.)
RE: When Blank () function is used in DAX it should return nothing instead of word (blank)
I would like to also add to give the option to shown nothing or 0.

Absolutely agree
RE: When Blank () function is used in DAX it should return nothing instead of word (blank)
I agree that this should be an option for ease of use.
A workaround I have found when creating measures is to wrap in an IF statement testing for BLANK () and then using the IF statement to assign the value I want.

100% agree
