    Similar to how the FORMAT () function works to change the format of a DAX Measure, have a FONTCOLOR () function which takes a HEX code as argument to provide flexibility to the developer on when to display different colors.

    This would allow the most flexibility with regards to conditional formats, or highlighting other outliers.
