The order of items in the legend should match the order of items in stack column chart. Currently, the order in the legend is opposite the order of the colors in the chart. This issue has been mentioned by several of my customer and can causes confusion when you have several items in the legend.
I can't figure out how to include an image, but there is a image at https://biatmicrosoft.uservoice.com/forums/256834-power-bi-feedback/suggestions/6352202-order-of-legend-should-match-items-in-stack-column

RE: legend
Anyone figure out a work around?
RE: legend
I have a similar issue with Pie Chart Legends needs a Sort order option that allow different options for sorting. I have a Priority Pie Chart and as Pie legends sort by volume, my Priority 1 are in the middle, need more customization options.
RE: legend
Power BI have been releasing a lot of great developments for their desktop software, but they're really letting their visualisations lack. Here is another great example of poor visualisation.
Personally I think they're relying far to much on third party custom visuals to plug the hole they're allowing to occur
RE: legend
Here's a screenshot of what happens, in case it's needed - the legend sorts in the exact opposite direction of the stacked bar chart. FWIW the legend is sorted the way I'd expect and it's the bar chart that's backwards.

I don't seem to be very good at attaching an image. Here you go.

RE: legend
I'm having this same issue - the legend and the chart are sorted in the opposite direction.
RE: legend
Definitely agree. Also have got dozes of feedbacks from clients to fixed this. It is really dis-convenient to read such charts
RE: legend
The same for stack 100% column chart
