Allow to change Filter Card Name

Under Filters we are not allowed to change the name of the field. This is not consistent, since we are allowed to change the name of the fields when not in Filter pane by double-clicking. This was introduced a long time ago, however no such ability was added for fields dragged to Filters. This is especially important with introduction of Filters pane/card changes in November 2018 Desktop upgrade since we don't want our Business Users to see inconsistent field names between visuals and filters.
