On the mobile app: Move the report pages to the title drop-down at the top, to put all navigation in one place.

In addition to this, when one swipes left / right, this changes the page selected !!! No, stop doing this, I wanted to scroll the report columns left/right NOT change the selected page - most annoying. Its difficult to scroll the report left / right without having the slected page change.
