Option to enable/disable tooltips for tables.

Data in tabular form is straightforward as is. Tooltips could be distracting. Option to enable/disable tooltips under field formatting would be very useful. It would be even better if we can choose whether to show it or not for different columns. For instance, it is useful to see tooltip for URL icon, but not for text.

A quick way to temporary disable tooltips may also be usefull for end users, when they don't want them to popup. Thx.

IOW - Dynamically enable/disable tooltip display PER CELL for tables and matrices. If a boolean measure value is true for that cell, then display, otherwise, do not display. Sparsely populated tables/matrices with tooltips ON is a mess of empty box overlays when hovered over. This idea is requested elsewhere many times - with its total vote count dispersed.
