If you switch to a custom theme, the conditional formatting dialog still shows the default theme colors. It would be nice to have the custom theme colors in the conditional formatting color-pickers.

RE: Custom theme colors for Conditional Formatting dialog box
When setting the conditional formatting colors I select colors from the theme palette. Can we have the conditional formatting remember which selection in the palette is made and adjust accordingly when a theme is changed?

THis would be great! Or, with even more flexibility, allow whatever color a user would like to be set, even if it is different than the set them colors.
I attempted to convey that here: https://community.powerbi.com/t5/Desktop/Set-Conditional-Formatting-Colors-Using-JSON-Theme/m-p/765113#M368679
RE: Custom theme colors for Conditional Formatting dialog box
Themes are super frustrating to use when you have to change every bar in every table created by conditional formatting. Better sticking with the default (kills the theme feature)
RE: Custom theme colors for Conditional Formatting dialog box
I just got back from the Data Insights Summit, where they announced and released Data Bars into the Conditional Formatting bag of tricks. This problem still exists. Now, on either the Color Scales or Data Bars, the palette available does not pull from any applied custom theme ... but it really should. Please, Microsoft, take a look at this and bridge the gap.
