Currently, the only way to obtain a large/zoomed in view of data is Focus Mode, which doesn't do justice if one is looking at a graph of a large data set and wants to zoom into a very particular window. Add features such as CTRL + scrollwheel zoom or a rectangular select zoom that allows one to zoom into a very specific range on a chart to view more specific data for that time period.

Please improve PBI's zoom ability. Vision-impaired users (so basically anyone who sits in front of a computer for a living after a while) need the ability to easily zoom in and out on charts/tables/visuals. Currently, all reports default to "fit to page", with that turned on, even if you zoom in or out, there is no change to the report as it auto-scales smaller to accommodate. If you change to 'actual size', this allows for zooming but a) each user has to remember to toggle this and b) it's not ideal in practice. Standardized development and web page responsiveness would be negatively impacted. Please fix in-report zooming.

Its been 5 years since I used Tableau... but I still miss the "Lasso" that would let you snag an area of data points and then Exclude or Include. Zoom would accomplish the same thing I think. I had this issue today with a scatter plot. I only wanted to focus on set of the negative points... but had to fumble with filters on the X and Y axis categories to get my zoom.

Zoom in = Shift and -
Zoom out = Shift and +

To add to this; have the rest of the visuals/data on the page filter automatically in relation to data in the zoom window.

Yes, we need to be able to zoom in on a specific section of a line chart. Is there any update on this? Or maybe there is a way to use the x access and re-scale the chart?
