Dashboard usage matrix is good, but it’s very useful if you can see the users who have actually use the dashboard and the users who have not use the dashboard, and also if we can see the active time spend on a particular dashboard user wise.

The user level telemetry is very critical in enterprise use case. Having you business process metrics running on PowerBI but the adoption of those reports is low, there is need to combine the who are the users of your reports to your corporate active directory data and see which areas and territories have high and low usage. This would mean that some of the AD data points would be loaded into the usage telemtery data points.
