Include JavaScript API to allow extend context menu to two levels

Hi,

I can see that you have already included code to "Extend context menu" in the current library. However, we have a scenario where we would like to extend it to show a sub-context menu when a user clicks on the last (extended) menu item in the first level.

Is it possible to some how nest the command "extend: {... visualContextMenu: {" on one of the items to create a second level of context menu which is shown when a user clicks on the last item of the extended context menu in level one?
