    Data refresh fails when using an Oracle database if "Navigate using full hierarchy" is checked.

    The data refresh works in the desktop app but not in the service.

    I updated the client yesterday (05 of july) and still gets this message in the service:

    Oracle: This database function doesn't support the query option 'HierarchicalNavigation' with value 'true'.

    Yes, the error posted by Oguz is the exact error and yes the latest version of the Enterprise Gateway works.

    Hi, what's the error message? Is it something like "This database function doesn't support the query option 'HierarchicalNavigation' with value 'true'." ?

    Could you try downloading the latest version of the Enterprise Gateway from the Download Center and trying this again?
