Ability to align Y axes values when aligning to zero.

When using a "Line and Stacked Column" chart you can use the option to align to zero so both axes start at zero, but there's no way to align all other values.
For example: One of the columns on a chart corresponds to a value of 98K and you want to have a dot on line above it corresponding to 100K, that doesn't necessarily happen even when aligning the start of both axes to zero since the increment is different on both axes, therefore you end up with the column going over the dot because the value of 100K on the left axis is corresponding to approximately 120K on the right axis.
