It would be great to have an option to hide specific report page in normal view, and to make it accessible using the drill-through mode only. Also, the existing drill-through filter option doesn't reset the filters when you leave the filtered page - it'd be great if the page auto resets the filters when the back button is clicked.

ADefinitely agree with auto reset.... and also did notice like others drill through filter works currently to hidden page. (Really like the drill through filters except they do not override or sync with the existing slicers on the destination page) (reset bookmarks / buttons do clear this filters thankfully)

Perhaps as a solution could allow designers to run bookmarks or maybe advanced scripts/functions on page load, page exit, refresh, etc.

If I understand your request correctly, then this is currently possible, as Rob D mentioned.
I have report pages that are hidden, but have Drillthrough filter fields set, and the use can get to these pages when they drillthrough.
In my case, these reports are embedded in a web page, so I had to make sure I included a clickable "Back" link (I use an image of the left arrow-in-circle) on the Drillthrough page, so the user has a way to navigate back.

The January update allowed for hiding of pages. They are accessible through Drill through.
