We have a scenario where we'd like one report model to cater for multiple organisations and set up roles with rls per org code to limit the data coming into the model for the logged in user

YES PLEASE.
That would be very helpful to share info with our costumers, so they would see only their info, and not the other costumer's info.

Also need ability to assign RLS to FREE accounts accounts. Can pay something extra as the admin assigning access, but need the end user to access without having to sign up for a paid account.

Please make this possible. We need to use a single report and share with others outside the organization with different security similar to what we have for dashboards.

100% necessary. Please create the ability to share with people outside of my domain AND provide row level control. For example, I could create a dashboard/report for all customers but only a certain user (we have our own internal way of authenticating, NOT AD) would only see the data that is relevant for them.
