    it's great that MS released the content pack for Incidents - I want to merge additional data from CMDB (and other modules of ServieNow).

    Integration with ServiceNow reports would also be very useful.

    As noted, will greatly appreciate additional content packs for Change, Request, Project modules and ability to merge data from the likes of CMDB within ServiceNow
