We currently have to replicate the same report for each project, create a workspace and an app to deploy. This is labor intensive. We want the user to see their project's information without having to select the correct project from a slicer or filter. It'd be nice to have to manage a single report or dashboard and link a user's information to automatically slice or filter that report or dashboard to the project's they are working on. This way, as an admin, I could manage a single report or dashboard and just manage permissions and what project a user has access to.

Could you not use Row-Level Security?

Alternatively, you could use Bookmarks or Dashboards, if appropriate. However, without RLS this would mean that each user cold see other project information.
