It appears there's no easy way to have the line and column share the same Y axis in a combined Column and Line Chart.
Scenario: Actual = Column, Target = Line
I simply want both to be shown on the same scale
Depending on the mix of values, Power BI puts the line on a secondary axis that starts and ends at "Auto" which is completely out of scale with the "Auto" for the columns, or worse in that the axis is close and no-one realises it's not right.

This is actually a bug when I create the line / combo chart it says the Secondary axis is Off when it's clearly not. So toggling the Secondary Axis button on and then off again fixes this issue
