Please allow to position the title in the same position of the Category Label.
Because if I have a generic measure (like “Indicator Value”) the only way to describe that measure is with title (and that’s ok) but the title always appear on the top and in my case I would like it to appear at the bottom like the category labels:

Exactly the idea I was going to suggest. Ideally we'd have a series of positioning options
(Top Left, Top Centre, Top Right, Left, Right,Bottom Left, Bottom Centre, Bottom Right)
