    Please make the new GROUP and BIN features work over a Live SSAS connection.

    In the October, 2016 release, you've added the ability to create GROUPS in bar graphs and tables, and to 'bin' measures. This is great functionality. However, it is not supported in a LIVE SSAS connection. Please add this functionality to this connection.

    Yes, Please allow me to bin a datetime.. Also update your documentation so that it explicitly calls out that this will NOT work. I banged my head against this for too long.

    Would definitely be good to have this feature over Live SSAS connections so one doesn't have to build every small thing into the SSAS model itself. Sometimes some groupings are only needed in 1 report so having to add a grouping into the model is an overkill.

    '@artur tostenco why wouldnt 'anyone need' this ?
    in order to enable user flexibility and avoid having to make all definitions serverside - it could very well be feasible and desirable to have this ability in Power BI Desktop.
