I often find myself having to explain to end-users over and over again what each chart means and the data in it. Ideally the end-user should be able to hover over the chart title in a report/live report on a dashboard to see a description of the data and chart.

SOLVED: I think the Visual Header Tooltip / Icon now allows you to do this. Add commentary, even an entire tool tip report page upon hover over the title bar.

It shouldn't be specific to charts. It should also be enable on static items like text boxes and shapes. It would be good to hover over a chart title and have a full description of that report and what it does.

Create a tile visual and add the description of the chart in Title area. make the size of the tile small and place it over the Chart. When you hover your moouse over it, it will show the test in title.

Please provide some way to build in help popups - even an icon that opens a box, ideally one that could have text, a link and an image.

We need a popup box that we can example the chart for sure. My clients are asking me all the time.

This could also be a full sized hover panel inside the control and triggered by and info option on the frame menu like the export, maximize, sort etc...

Really useful feature - perhaps better as an info icon within the visualisation, as roll-over features can get annoying for experienced users
