During the preview, end users can install apps by clicking the link or visiting Microsoft AppsSource. But many organizations would like to push apps directly to end users.
We plan to enable this functionality soon. The organization can designate individuals who have the capability to push apps directly to end users or security groups without requiring an installation. So, for example, when a new salesperson joins the team, they will automatically get the Sales Metrics app without doing anything on their end.

Is there an update as to when direct app pushing will be implemented?
This is a really critical feature for large organisations who wish to share content via apps using Active Directory/Security Groups. Without direct app-pushing, this means that users need to continually "get apps" each time a new app is published or an existing app has to be un-published or partially un-published. This is also very inconvenient when a client wants to view the Power BI reports via an interface other than PowerBI.com (such as SharePoint webparts) and doesn't need/want to sign into PowerBI and deal with a different interface.

This would be great. Would also like the ability to turn on and off email or PowerBI notifications to users who are pushed an App. Mast organizational pushed need no notification. But small pushes may want a notification to those users.

It would be great if there was an update about the time frame of when this will be implemented. We would like to utilize and share through apps, but don't like sharing through the url link. We're currently waiting until this is implemented.
