Dear Support Team,
Before June 2017, once we shared a dashboard with external users (outside of the organization) it was visible on "Shared With Me" tab for the shared users, but with the new licencing policy this feature is no longer working for the external users.
Can we please consider to bring it back?

Even Microsoft claims "Power BI integrates with Azure Active Directory business-to-business (Azure AD B2B) to allow secure distribution of Power BI content to guest users outside your organization. And external guest users can use the Power BI mobile app to access that Power BI content shared with them."
but it doesn't mention how clumsy it is on the Power BI Mobile app to access it.

We are sharing our reports with the external users with pro accounts and it makes no sense to give access through the link and not showing these reports in the "shared with me" section. That results in bad UX as well as complains from customer sides.

We share reports and dashboards with external customers and it is very inconvenient for them to have to follow a link to access the data on their mobile apps.
It would be extremely helpful if they could save these to their favorites or view them in the "Shared with me" tab for easier access on both Power BI service and the mobile apps!

I have a customer also that would prefer to see the reports I share with them under "Shared With Me" section of their own Power BI environment. They would rather not keep track of multiple URLs.

This is a crucial functionality to have for sharing with clients.
It is very confusing to have a "Shared with me" tab and not be able to see the reports shared from the outside of the organization.
Not to mention the terrible experience on mobile.

This is such an important functionality to have when sharing Apps with external customers. Especially when external customers are senior people. This would enhance their user experience and make the solution much more professional.

I think it's an interesting option, if at the end of the day it's a named user (although not pro), you should be able to save the relationship.

Growing number of our customers would love to offer Reports to their customers, which are external users. The possibility to do that is really great. But if the customer looses the link in his email, he is not able to see the reports. And it always considered a bug that the report or app or dashboard is not visible in the "shared with me" section...because IT IS shared with me...

We too are experiencing this problem with external sharing. In fact, it's a larger problem as we share with users who do not have O365 accounts and they cannot even sign in if they do not have the direct report or app URL.
