    Our customers want the option to receive an export to Excel of reports delivered to them via subscription.

    Yes please as taking data from an image is not possible.

    This feature is very critical for us. Right now users can get only the link of report but not everyone would like to log into tool to see data.

    This is something that SSRS can do and should be in Power BI which seems like a natural successor to SSRS
