When viewing Power BI in the mobile connected to Power Bi Report Server the folder that are set to hidden on Report server are not hidden on Mobile view. possible solution would be to add a check box on Report server stating hide from mobile view, then update the mobile app to recognized that parameter. Or make the mobile app pick up the site settings and security on the mobile app.
