Provide a way to programmatically refresh data from a PowerBI Desktop file.
For example using a cmdline: "PBIDesktop.exe MyReport.pbix -refreshAll"

Someone posted about Power Update tool, but when I ask about it to my reps no one knows anything about it. Where can I tell them to get it?

I think this option is already available in Power BI. Like Travis said, you can use a scheduled refresh of your dataset.

You might want to check out Power Update - it can perform scheduled refreshes of both Excel/PowerPivot and Power BI Desktop files. Our local Microsoft rep hooked us up with it and it is working well.
