Expressions to all the properties of Power BI same as SSRS

If we can have expressions to every property of Visuals same as SSRS, we would be able to customize the visualization of data.

Let’s say, In a Line graph visual I have a Server with uptime for
series of hours, whenever it falls below 95% we show the line colour as red and the same line shows green when it is above that.

So these kind of customizations would be easy to achieve through expressions. SSRS is leading in this aspect as far as the customization in considered.
