In PowerBI.com when looking at a report, there should be a way to view which dataset is used in that report.

I agree. Just started running into the issue of trying to find which set the data is coming from.

This is a core relationship of objects and thus quite basic. It is useful to see what reports (and workspace name if foreign) are being used by a dataset
or to see what dataset a report is using. If the workspace is foreign it would be useful to see the name too.

I agree - there is no way of knowing where the data is coming from
