    Data driven background and text colours for Matrix Visual

    within a SQL table we record a question, the response (yes, no) and the HEX background (#ffffff) / foreground colour (#000000). what i would like to do is use the question response (yes / no ) within the "Values" and then map the corresponding foreground and background colour from the SQL table as my conditional formatting format

    There is no provision in PowerBI to do conditional formatting for categorical variables.
