I have a long list of visuals showing in the Selection pane, and reordering a visual up or down doesn't always work i.e., visual is not moved to the desired location even if I wait for the yellow divider to show before dropping the visual to the location (not easy to explain, so please try it for yourself).

it is really very very hard to move visualzations. the documentations says: "Select (left-click) any area of the visualization and drag to the new location.", but most time this doesn't work. it should not be so hard to implement an easy way to move visualizations. Resizing is no problem, there are explizit areas to click and move. Please also add an explizit place to click on a visual to easy move it.
