Replace workspace 'Members' type with 'Edit Members' and 'View Members'

App workspace's have an option to set members as 'Admin' and 'Member'. Replacing 'Member' with two options 'Edit Member' and 'View Member' would give flexibility with setting member permissions. Some members you want to collaborate & design with (edit), other's members to show content to and get feedback (view), in the development cycle you need both before publishing. Currently, you can only have ALL members with the ability to either edit or view.

This is really important. An edit and design report membership is necessary. Otherwise every dataset with row level security is not usable for giving members rights to create reports. Because these members need admin rights an see every data.

Having this would allow end users to feel like they have some control - like with Content Packs. Content Packs maintain RLS, but give the user the ability to create their own reports and dashboards - and this has maintained engagement. But content packs are messy.

So - member based permissions, especially when working with external users, is essential.

This also needs to be applied to the data set. Should have capability to restrict access to modifying the data model. We need to be able to deliver a workspace to services in our organisation and give them the ability to build their own dashboards/reports but unable to edit the data set e.g. modifying RLS

I often have to give members edit access because they want the ability to download the report
BUT I dont want them to edit the web service version or the dashboard. It would be great if view only access could download any file to their desktops to have the most current copy and make chagnes
