I'm trying to do something outside the normal parameters, I'm trying to share a dashboard with a user that doesn't have mail inbox, his account was created just to access PowerBI dashboards, however, when I try to share a Dashboard with him, he cannot access the dashboard because he doesn't have an email to receive the invitation link, should be possible to get the invitation link during the process to invite that kind of users.

How was this flagged as "COMPLETED"? That functionality still does not exist. Recipients have to have an email and account find their email invitation (even months/years later - quite impractical) to access a shared dashboard.
