While now we can link the PowerBI report / dashboard to a PowerPoint slide deck, I cannot link individual report pages to the slide deck. I should be able to link a page and when I go to powerpoint that specific page should open.

Dashboard is good, but this is necessary functionality as I see it (fortunately it is working in Outlook) . We often use links in PowerPoint to distribute new Power BI reports. The first (bad) impression, if using the PBI report link in PowerPoint, is a link to Power BI sign in. This will cause 99% lost viwers.
