    Open in Excel button on embedded Excel spreadsheets for view only users

    Please let users with an excel spreadsheet imported into Power BI open it in desktop Excel through the 'Open In Excel button'. This button Is hidden at the moment unless the user has the rights to change Power BI content.

    Even better, enable download to Excel which inputs to the old Project List spreadsheet. This sheet was a much better tool to identify PM omissions (speaking as Office BMS Rep)

    This only seems to be an issue with Excel Spreadsheets imported into PowerBI groups.
