Hello,
In https://ideas.powerbi.com/forums/265200-power-bi-ideas/suggestions/9609906-export-powerbi-desktop-to-csv-excel its been reported that export to CSV is implemented.
Unfortunately its very limited aka you can't export more than 30k rows.
Considering the fact that PBI can import hundred of thousands of rows its pretty strange that it can export only 30k rows...
I believe that a lot of people out there working with huge datasets and doing extensive ETL operations and this feature is really needed.
Also you can't export from Data tab, only from visuals which is very limiting.
Please consider to make export limit only dependent on RAM available without artificial limitations. Thanks!

RE: Export to CSV
Although I Voted here, but since I could not export from desktop, I thought it is not possible from Service also. But this is not the same. I think, service can export data more than 30k limit.
My concern was export limit from service which is already available.
RE: Export to CSV
The limitation must be eliminated and the capability to automate the export of a visualization summary must be provided.
The possibilities are so huge if this can be done.
And Yes, using PBI as an ETL platform with automation via DAX R etc would be so killer!
RE: Export to CSV
This is the same issue as the link below which has more votes already
