This is a user experience idea. It would be great if Power BI Desktop allowed users to drag files directly into the Desktop window to automatically launch the import/edit window. This saves the time of choosing Get Data > CSV > Navigate to the file on your computer. If I already have the file open in windows explorer, especially if it is a really long path, I should be able to drag the file directly into Power BI Desktop to launch my import/edit prompt. Without this, I have to choose Get Data and find my file through the folders.

This feature would be especially useful after downloading a file. When you download a file in any modern browser, the file generally shows in your download status bar. From here it would be nice to drag it directly from this bar into Power BI Desktop. This function already exists for EXCEL as well as TABLEAU.
