After getting a message the Quickbooks and Power BI are connected, the following message appears: Failed to update data source credentials: The credentials you provided for the data source are invalid. Please ensure the credentials you have provided for all the data sources are valid.

I'm running the Canadian version of QBO, can connect to some tables (Invoices, Account) but not others (Customer, Class). Seems to me they all worked at one point.

Anyone from Microsoft able to comment on this? " and other posters say that it only works with the US version of QuickBooks."

I get the same error. I am using the US version of QBO and I am the sole admin for my account.

RE: Having trouble connecting to Quickbooks Online - getting error message

Same here. I read some other posts that things were working fine then they started getting this message.

If this is your first time, you have to be an admin in Quickbooks, and other posters say that it only works with the US version of QuickBooks.
